When a bear male hero put a blockade on road card, can this player heroes pass the blockade freely and can the uncontrolled by no one unbound buff pass the blockade?

Hi Ivan and thanks for your question:
Only the Bärfolk hero may pass the blockade, because he is a ranger and knows all details about his own traps, Unbound Buff and all other NPCs should be blocked in their movement on this card and of course all other heroes too.
