Can you play a magic scroll on a tent, and then aften it have chance its color, use the tent to deploy a unit in it in the same turn?

Yes , you are doing the transformation in your play area on the dashboard, than you can “fill” the tent with a different card (after playing a separate action line with one supply card) and then you can put both of them (tent and its content) aside, nearby your dashboard or general play area!
